1. Service Scope

Commander Marketing LLC provides digital marketing strategy and execution services including SEO, paid media, content, email, and analytics support as outlined in each client agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to required platforms, accounts, creative assets, and approvals to maintain campaign timelines and performance goals.

3. Fees and Billing

Monthly retainers and project fees are billed according to the agreed schedule. Advertising platform spend is separate unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Performance and Results

We use best-practice, data-driven methods to improve results. Specific revenue or lead outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to market and platform factors.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it solely for delivery of contracted services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the notice period in the active service agreement. Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable.
